The Winter Spirit

On the run now from soldiers, wolves, and even his fellow prisoners, he must decide whether to stay in a world where he will never live, but never die; or return and face the consequences of his curiosity.

However, when a magic dagger ends up in the hands of a middle management acolyte instead of the furnaces, and claims to be the voice of god, a typical coup for the hierarchy of the church suddenly becomes a whole lot more complicated.
